What you will do

• Own end-to-end talent searches from initial contact to offer stage.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.
• Act as a consultative advisor to hiring managers regarding talent landscape and hiring best practices.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
• Maintain and track candidate data in Lever ATS.
• Drive diversity initiatives through targeted sourcing efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Recruiter role.
• Legally able to work in the UK, Lithuania, Latvia, or North Macedonia.
• Proven proficiency in various sourcing techniques including Boolean search and niche platforms.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical job requirements.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Lever.
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
