What you will do

• Own full life cycle recruiting for a variety of technical and non-technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and calibrate candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to fill complex technical positions.
• Manage candidate scheduling, communications, and feedback throughout the interview process.
• Facilitate debriefs and decision-making conversations with leadership.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to the close.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 5 years in a tech company
• Proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and closing engineering and product talent
• Deep understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and modern interview processes
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers to drive hiring strategy
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard sourcing tools and platforms
