What you will do
- Own full life cycle recruiting for a variety of technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and calibrate candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to fill complex technical positions.
- Manage candidate scheduling, communications, and feedback throughout the interview process.
- Facilitate debriefs and decision-making conversations with leadership.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to the close.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 5 years in a tech company
- Proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and closing engineering and product talent
- Deep understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and modern interview processes
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers to drive hiring strategy
- Strong knowledge of industry-standard sourcing tools and platforms
