What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Sales, Service, and Marketing roles in the US.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior hiring managers to navigate talent landscapes.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Provide an exemplary candidate journey while managing risks.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and status records in SmartRecruiters.
• Participate in cross-functional projects including employer branding and diversity initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience specifically in Sales and Marketing within the SaaS/IT industry.
• Ability to work autonomously in high-volume, fast-paced campaigns.
• Strong consultative partnership skills with hiring managers.
• Exceptional relationship management and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
