What you will do

• Support the full recruitment process from initial job posting through to onboarding.
• Screen CVs and assist in the shortlisting of potential candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with proactive candidate sourcing across LinkedIn and other job boards.
• Provide administrative support to the People Operations and Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fully remote setup.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
