What you will do
- Support the full recruitment process from initial job posting through to onboarding.
- Screen CVs and assist in the shortlisting of potential candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with proactive candidate sourcing across LinkedIn and other job boards.
- Provide administrative support to the People Operations and Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fully remote setup.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
