TL;DR

Talent Partner (Tech): Managing end-to-end technical recruitment for engineering and product roles with an accent on the Eastern European and Balkan talent markets. Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates based in Eastern Europe, the Balkans, or the Baltics; occasional travel to Zagreb, Croatia may be required.

What you will do

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for engineering and product roles from intake to offer.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies targeting core markets in Croatia, Serbia, Romania, and Bulgaria.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define success profiles and improve recruitment strategy.
  • Conduct in-depth technical screening interviews and provide calibration guidance to hiring teams.
  • Utilize AI tools and data analytics to optimize sourcing, funnel conversion, and overall recruiting efficiency.
  • Collaborate with People Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and high quality of hire.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting within high-growth tech or SaaS environments.
  • Deep understanding of Eastern Europe and Balkan talent markets and compensation benchmarks.
  • Proven ability to independently manage and drive multiple searches for technical roles.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
  • Experience working in distributed or global team structures.
  • Strong expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.

Nice to have

  • Background in identity verification, fraud prevention, or fintech sectors.
  • Experience hiring for AI, machine learning, or computer vision specialized roles.
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS.
