What you will do

• Design and develop Service Cloud solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
• Write efficient, scalable Apex code, triggers, and asynchronous processes.
• Maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST and middleware.
• Optimize platform performance, security, and data modeling.
• Manage CI/CD processes using SFDX and Git pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, Service Cloud, LWC, and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of governor limits and optimization techniques.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication skills with a good level of spoken English.
• Ability to work during UK business hours (9 am – 5:30 pm UK).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS services (S3, CloudWatch).
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker or Helm.
• Experience with CTI/Contact Center integrations.
