What you will do

• Scale UA strategy across Google Ads and Meta with full ownership of performance metrics.
• Execute end-to-end campaigns on Android and iOS, including setup, bidding, and creative optimization.
• Design and conduct structured experiments to test creatives, targeting, and funnel conversion.
• Collaborate with creative, product, ASO, and data teams to align on strategies and testing roadmaps.
• Drive automation of manual workflows to improve speed, scalability, and performance.
• Interpret complex performance data using BI tools to provide actionable business insights.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of UA or performance marketing experience specifically in mobile gaming.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) platforms.
• Solid understanding of post-IDFA ecosystem, Advanced iOS Measurement (AEM), and SKAN-based setups.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling large advertising budgets.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using BI tools such as Tableau.
• Knowledge of mobile attribution ecosystems and conversion tracking tools.
