What you will do

• Set up and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, and other key platforms.
• Analyze campaign data, identify performance trends, and uncover opportunities for growth.
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports and actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UA, Product, and Creative teams to optimize campaign results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition.
• Foundational knowledge of key UA metrics including CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
• Analytical mindset with a strong interest in data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius, Lithuania.
