What you will do

• Drive technological advancements in wind turbine generator systems using technical and leadership expertise.
• Initiate innovations focusing on cost reduction through control, sensing, and digitalization.
• Lead engineering analyses, studies, and concept-level calculations.
• Manage interdisciplinary project teams and provide technical guidance.
• Serve as a strategic advisor for product engineering and upper management.
• Communicate technical results across all levels, from the shop floor to the board of directors.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, applied science, or equivalent.
• Significant industrial R&D experience in control, digitalization, sensor, and electrical support systems.
• Strong knowledge of engineering analyses and calculations specifically in blade technology.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Strong decision-making personality with a hands-on approach.
• Proficiency in engineering IT tools and MS Office.
