What you will do
- Drive digital marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility in North American markets.
- Deploy integrated campaigns using AI tools for improved customer personalization and engagement.
- Lead e-commerce initiatives to increase zero-touch ordering and streamline digital sales journeys.
- Develop market-segmentation strategies in collaboration with business lines to drive growth.
- Manage Customer Success and Digital Marketing teams to foster a customer-centric organizational mindset.
- Optimize system usage including HubSpot, SAP/C4C, and Google Analytics to improve sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or communications management.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing, e-commerce, and front-end solutions (HTML emails, landing pages).
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, SEO, and Google Tag Manager.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and negotiate across business areas.
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills in an agile environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP and C4C systems.
- Strong background in marketing automation and sales-effectiveness tools like ZoomInfo.
