What you will do

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to each stage of the customer lifecycle (retention, advocacy).
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns, including email marketing, paid/organic media, webinars, and personalized web content.
  • Utilize CRM (e.g., Salesforce/Webflow/Hubspot) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) to create automated nurture sequences and personalized communications.
  • Develop customer-focused content alongside product marketing leads (case studies, newsletters, webinars) that highlights user success and drives adoption.
  • Leverage AI-driven personalization and analytics tools to track engagement, measure ROI, and optimize customer journeys.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to create targeted campaigns that reduce churn and support expansion.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and knowledge or experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Webflow, Hubspot).
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience measuring engagement metrics (CTR, Open Rates, ROI) and using Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into engaging content.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
