What you will do

• Define and execute hirify.global’s organic growth roadmap across traditional and AI-based search.
• Lead structured experimentation across key web flows to increase conversion velocity.
• Map and optimize the full digital buyer journey to ensure messaging, site architecture, and content flows align to buyer intent.
• Identify and prioritize technical SEO opportunities to improve site crawlability, page speed, and mobile performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO, AEO, and CRO performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years driving digital growth through organic and conversion channels.
• Deep experience in technical SEO and on-page optimization.
• Proven experience leading CRO programs with measurable conversion lift.
• Strong understanding of modern AI-driven search (AEO/GEO).
• Experience optimizing buyer journeys in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with WordPress (or similar CMS), SEMrush, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Search Console.
