What you will do

  • Manage the full project lifecycle of advertising campaigns from initial setup to completion.
  • Serve as a primary technical consultant for the hirify.global product suite, educating clients and partners on best practices.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide strategic insights and actionable reporting to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal Ad-Ops teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize campaign delivery strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with media agencies and creative partners.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign growth and present upweight strategies to drive business revenue.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of industry experience, specifically in programmatic advertising.
  • Strong background in servicing clients via managed or self-service (SaaS) buying models.
  • Proven technical exposure to advertising solutions such as DSPs, Ad Servers, and verification tools (e.g., MOAT, IAS, DCM).
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office on a hybrid basis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and client reporting.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in people management.
  • Expertise across multiple advertising channels like display, DOOH, or CTV.
