What you will do

• Oversee the full lifecycle of IT service delivery, from planning through execution to client success.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships to identify and capture new business opportunities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and contracts to ensure profitable and compliant project delivery.
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Implement and champion scalable project management processes for repeatable success.

Requirements

• Minimum 12+ years of experience leading IT service delivery in client-facing roles.
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
• Proven track record in strategic thinking and operational rigor.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile are preferred.
