What you will do
- Monitor and guide infrastructure and application services to ensure compliance, health, and performance standards.
- Coordinate service disruption resolution processes in adherence to ITIL practices.
- Manage and report on SLA and OLA metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between internal squads and external stakeholders.
- Oversee patch management, vulnerability risks, and compliance activities.
- Validate production readiness, including monitoring, security testing, and disaster recovery processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT service delivery management
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices and methodologies
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
- Familiarity with infrastructure and application management processes
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
