What you will do

• Monitor and guide infrastructure and application services to ensure compliance, health, and performance standards.
• Coordinate service disruption resolution processes in adherence to ITIL practices.
• Manage and report on SLA and OLA metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate communication between internal squads and external stakeholders.
• Oversee patch management, vulnerability risks, and compliance activities.
• Validate production readiness, including monitoring, security testing, and disaster recovery processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT service delivery management
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices and methodologies
• Proficiency in English is mandatory
• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
• Familiarity with infrastructure and application management processes
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
