What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients, managing expectations, project progress, and strategic growth.
- Lead a portfolio of projects, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from initiation to final delivery and quality control.
- Build, manage, and scale cross-functional technical teams, including hiring, performance management, and professional coaching.
- Act as a key escalation point to resolve bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and drive data-backed decision-making.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to contribute to account expansion and profitability targets.
- Refine delivery frameworks and operational workflows to enhance team efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in project management, technical delivery, or program management in outsourcing environments.
- 8+ years of experience managing executive-level stakeholders and client relationships.
- 8+ years of experience in full-lifecycle team leadership, including hiring and performance management.
- Fluent English proficiency with the ability to travel 4-6 weeks annually for client visits.
- Strong understanding of software development, engineering trade-offs, and quality assurance processes.
- Proven expertise working with distributed, remote, and third-party teams within Agile environments.
