What you will do

• Manage internal and client-facing staffing processes, including interviews and hiring file maintenance.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding procedures for engineering teams.
• Ensure project delivery meets agreed timelines, scope, quality, and budget.
• Handle financial operations including monthly billing, overtime tracking, and invoice processing.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation, organizational charts, and team configuration tracking.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Agile Delivery or Project Coordination, preferably in IT outsourcing.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple agile teams of up to 7 FTE.
• Strong background in risk management, communication, change management, and project reporting.
• Ability to manage contractual terms and financial issues effectively.
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate level required.
• Must be based in Ukraine.
