What you will do

• Lead and coach self-organizing Agile teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Define ICT priorities and contribute to the overall departmental policy.
• Guarantee customer-oriented service by establishing and monitoring Service Levels.
• Manage personnel development, including resource allocation and competency-based evaluations.
• Collaborate with business colleagues to improve Scrum and Agile practices.
• Coordinate activities aligned with the strategic roadmap of the domain.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a people management position in a large organization.
• Proven experience with Agile delivery of strategic and critical projects.
• Fluent proficiency in French, Dutch, and English is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills with experience in both on-the-job and remote coaching.
• Ability to work effectively in a stress-resistant and flexible environment.
