What you will do
- Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple IT projects.
- Assist Product Managers and the CIO with planning, tracking, and reporting delivery milestones.
- Maintain essential project documentation, including status reports, RAID logs, and action trackers.
- Support PMLC and SDLC activities such as requirement tracking, sprint preparation, and release readiness.
- Prepare materials for steering committees and project forums.
- Coordinate meetings, capture actions, and ensure follow-up on deliverables across internal teams and vendors.
Requirements
- Must be located in London to work onsite.
- Proven experience in project administration or coordination within an IT environment.
- Strong understanding of Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Proficiency in preparing reports, steering committee materials, and governance documentation.
