Wholesale Client Support Analyst (Corporate Banking): Facilitating the end-to-end lifecycle of wholesale transactions and maintaining accurate portfolio records with an accent on loan closing coordination, funding management, and back-office system administration. Focus on collaborating with front-office teams, risk management, and ensuring seamless service delivery for corporate clients.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York, NY or Atlanta, GA (Hybrid: minimum 3 days in office).

Salary: $90,000 – $105,000

What you will do

• Coordinate the loan closing process with local and global Operations teams.
• Input and maintain facilities information in the Electronic Term Sheet System (ETS) to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage transaction funding coordination with Treasury using TCI.
• Monitor portfolio actions post-closing to maintain accurate books and records.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and prepare operational reports.
• Work closely with Business Change and Risk teams to optimize processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Operational experience within a financial or banking environment.
• Familiarity with Commercial Lending products (LCs, Term Loans, Revolvers).
• Knowledge of wholesale products including IRS, Commodity Swaps, FX, and deposits.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
