What you will do

• Serve as day-to-day contact for Lifestyle Services delivery, building trust with Private Wealth Advisors, clients, and third-party partners.
• Become a subject matter expert across multiple service disciplines including security, recruitment, travel, education, and medical advisory.
• Support business development initiatives and special projects to enhance the Family Office offering.
• Manage client lifecycle and facilitate introductions between clients, PWAs, and service providers.
• Develop and document processes to maximize efficiency and manage new service launches.
• Define success criteria and metrics for vendor partners and evaluate business performance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York, United States
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant client-facing experience in wealth management or family office services preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Commitment to excellence, integrity, and ability to work under pressure.
• Must obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & Series 63 exams within first 3 months of employment.
