What you will do
- Own the end-to-end marketing analytics and measurement strategy across paid media, owned digital experiences, and CRM data.
- Define and evolve KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks aligned to business outcomes such as policy binds, premium, conversion quality, and customer lifetime value.
- Translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights and recommendations to inform investment and optimization decisions.
- Lead analytics for digital acquisition channels, including Search, SEO, Paid Social, Programmatic Display/Video, Affiliates, and emerging discovery/search experiences.
- Serve as the primary owner of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including event design, conversion tracking, and data quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a strong emphasis on digital acquisition and performance measurement.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including event-based measurement, conversion design, and data validation.
- Proven experience working with tag management platforms, preferably Google Tag Manager (GTM) or Tealium.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Programmatic Display/Video, and Affiliates.
- Ability to design and deliver executive-level dashboards, reports, and readouts that clearly communicate insights, risks, and recommendations.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid environment and be in the Atlanta office two days a week.
