Location: Employees who are based in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week.

Salary: $152,655/yr to $190,000/yr in Denver, Phoenix/Scottsdale, Las Vegas, and Atlanta, and $180,000/yr to $225,000/yr for San Francisco & New York.

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to set goals, develop event strategies, execute plans, and evaluate performance.
• Build and manage end-to-end event campaign programs, including scopes of work, budgets, and timelines.
• Leverage market positioning and target audiences to inform event decisions.
• Design and produce a range of event types, from large-scale owned events to trade show activations.
• Build strong relationships with external partners and manage internal and external resources.
• Maintain accuracy of event budgets, evaluate results, and make recommendations to senior leadership.
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance event marketing workflows.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in event marketing and production.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience managing internal creative teams and external agencies.
• Knowledgeable about breakthrough experience design and emerging event technology.
• A natural cross-functional collaborator.
• AI fluency and a willingness to integrate AI-powered tools into your workflow.
• Frequent travel throughout North America is required.
