• Architect scalable systems ensuring robust integration between crypto brokerage platforms and core banking infrastructure.
• Lead high-level technical design while balancing complex trade-offs between system performance and security.
• Manage assets under custody to ensure high availability for global, real-time crypto transactions.
• Partner with product teams to iterate on high-engagement trading experiences.
• Mentor engineering teams and influence the technical culture across the organization.
• Optimize solutions for global money movement to provide efficient cross-border services.

Requirements

• Extensive track record as a Staff or Lead Engineer in complex software environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in system design with a deep focus on scalability and architectural trade-offs.
• Professional experience in high-stakes sectors such as FinTech, Payments, or Core Banking.
• Proven ability to ship high-throughput distributed systems.
• Strong commitment to mastering and implementing blockchain and crypto-based technologies.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working in crypto-native companies or exchanges.
• Practical experience with Solidity or smart contract development.
• Deep background in digital asset markets or crypto trading.
