Location: London, Hybrid working. We work 3 days in the office and 2 from home

What you will do

• Develop and execute influencer strategies that align with brand vision and KPIs.
• Oversee outreach to influencer partners including sourcing, contracts, deliverables, and overall program management.
• Analyse performance data to optimise influencer program strategy.
• Partner with digital and media teams to recommend distribution and amplification strategies.
• Engage on influencer content, briefing and content approval.

Requirements

• Attention to detail when managing multiple influencer campaigns and deliverables.
• Creative and solutions-focused, with the ability to think outside the box.
• Confident in using data to measure performance, report on KPIs, and optimise future influencer strategies.
• A strong collaborator, able to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Skilled at building and maintaining great relationships—with influencers, clients, and colleagues alike.
• Clear and confident communicator, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
