What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end improvements across Tech & Services to optimize service delivery.
• Lead the design and implementation of practical initiatives, ensuring changes are embedded into daily operations.
• Collaborate with Service Owners and Tech Tower teams to align improvements with service strategy.
• Facilitate teams to manage their own improvements by building confidence and providing the right tools.
• Monitor and develop service portfolio capabilities to drive better outcomes for customers and the business.

Requirements

• Experience in complex, multi-team environments leading service delivery or operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Continual Service Improvement (CSI) and IT service management frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate data and insights into lasting business change.
• Experience influencing stakeholders without formal authority across diverse functions.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with 3 days in the office.
