What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end improvements across Tech & Services to optimize service delivery.
- Lead the design and implementation of practical initiatives, ensuring changes are embedded into daily operations.
- Collaborate with Service Owners and Tech Tower teams to align improvements with service strategy.
- Facilitate teams to manage their own improvements by building confidence and providing the right tools.
- Monitor and develop service portfolio capabilities to drive better outcomes for customers and the business.
Requirements
- Experience in complex, multi-team environments leading service delivery or operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Continual Service Improvement (CSI) and IT service management frameworks.
- Proven ability to translate data and insights into lasting business change.
- Experience influencing stakeholders without formal authority across diverse functions.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with 3 days in the office.
