What you will do

• Engage with key customers to improve service availability and performance through continuous improvement.
• Manage escalations and work allocation while coordinating delivery across wider technical project teams.
• Take ownership of new projects and platform works from proposal and design through to transition into operations.
• Balance service excellence with contractual obligations and performance standards.
• Utilize expert skills from BT engineers to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite (5 days per week) in Ipswich or Glasgow.
• Must have resided in the UK for at least 10 years to qualify for DV Security Clearance.
• Significant experience in leading complex, time-critical technical projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven capability in resolving complex problems and leading high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of contractual delivery commitments and obligations.

• Good understanding of PRINCE2 methodology.
