What you will do

• Design and deliver managed service solutions and transition programmes for public sector customers.
• Collaborate with principals across data, security, engineering, and strategy disciplines to ensure service stability and reliability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement user-focused changes without compromising service quality.
• Provide pre-sales support, including bid responses and thought leadership activities.
• Develop knowledge management approaches and reusable processes for modular managed services delivery.
• Manage customer relationships, contracts, and service governance in collaboration with client partners.

Requirements

• Must have eligibility for SC security clearance (5 years UK residency and employment/education history).
• Experience working with public sector customers and in leadership roles within technology consultancies.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and service management tooling with experience in service transition and governance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including security, architecture, and engineering.
• Proven track record in designing transition plans and supporting business case reviews.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and delivering cross-skilling for delivery and project managers.
