TL;DR

CSI Manager (Delivery Management): Driving continual service improvement initiatives across the Tech & Services department with an accent on optimizing service delivery and aligning operational workflows with the service portfolio. Focus on designing practical improvements, facilitating team-led change, and embedding data-driven insights into day-to-day operations.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester or Marlow for a hybrid schedule (3 days office, 2 days remote).

What you will do

  • Deliver end-to-end improvements across Tech & Services to optimize ways of working and service delivery.
  • Design and implement practical improvements, ensuring sustainable adoption within day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with service owners and operational teams to align improvement activities with service strategy.
  • Facilitate teams in managing their own improvements by building capability, confidence, and internal tooling.
  • Influence stakeholders across multiple teams to drive prioritized change without formal authority.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in complex, multi-team environments leading service delivery or operational initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Continual Service Improvement (CSI) frameworks and service management methodologies.
  • Experience converting data and insights into embedded change and lasting business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and build strong collaborative relationships.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup 3 days per week in the Manchester or Marlow office.
