What you will do

  • Create and execute end-to-end partner marketing acquisition strategies to support regional revenue objectives.
  • Build co-marketing plans with key partners involving webinars, events, content, and joint campaigns.
  • Lead regional Go-To-Market initiatives for the Polish market in alignment with sales goals.
  • Empower partners by creating high-impact marketing assets, playbooks, and enablement support.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize initiatives and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Track and report key metrics including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • Fluent proficiency in both Polish and English.
  • Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, specifically within SaaS or the tech industry.
  • Demonstrated success managing partner or co-marketing initiatives including demand gen, content, and GTM.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing-to-sales revenue funnel.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal sales/partnerships teams and external agencies.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high-ownership mindset.
