Senior Marketing Manager (Fintech): Coordinating and localizing multi-channel marketing initiatives to support the growth of hirify.global’s Advisory segment in Italy and Iberia with an accent on campaign planning, content localization, and performance tracking. Focus on building strong partnerships with the Distribution team to gather client insights and adapt marketing initiatives to local needs.

Location: Must spend at least four full days each week working in an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Integrate client insights into Advisory segment plans, leveraging local knowledge.
• Localize EMEA Advisory & Discretionary marketing strategies, aligning with commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with specialist teams to deliver client experiences reflecting Advisory segment strategies.
• Ensure consistent application of regional strategy, adapting at the local level as needed.
• Optimize future initiatives using marketing activation performance data and analytics.
• Build an effective partnership between Marketing and Distribution within Italy and Iberia markets.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in B2B marketing in the financial services industry, with asset management experience as a plus.
• Track record in identifying and measuring the success of marketing campaigns and events, with digital experience a clear advantage.
• Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish is an attribute.
• High energy and flexible person ready to work in an international environment.
• Analytical mindset to understand and deliver metrics that link marketing to commercial results.
• Proactive and energetic team player who values collaboration and can think both strategically and tactically.
