What you will do

• Lead a team of 5+ developers in building functional applications from storyboards and use cases.
• Allocate 50% of time to hands-on technical support including code reviews, architecture design, and client issue investigation.
• Mentor backend and frontend engineers on best practices, architecture, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align development with business requirements and delivery timelines.
• Manage technical debt and ensure robust documentation for knowledge sharing and onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development and the Spring ecosystem.
• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead driving delivery in a distributed environment.
• Strong expertise in AWS (Cognito, Lambda, S3, SQS, RDS) and resilient architecture design.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in English is a must.

Nice to have

• Front-end experience with React, Angular, and Next.js (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Knowledge of CloudFront and WAF.
• Experience with Liquibase and jOOQ for database management.
