What you will do

Develop, configure, maintain, and document software components based on approved designs and architecture requirements.
Design and integrate application components, enterprise services, REST and SOAP APIs, interoperability modules, and reusable software solutions.
Build web and multi-tier applications using Java and modern development frameworks.
Create unit, integration, and automated tests; participate in code reviews and apply secure coding and quality practices.
Support deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, CI/CD delivery, and continuous improvement of software solutions.
Collaborate with architects, analysts, testers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders in Agile teams while mentoring junior developers.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant IT experience, including at least 5 years as a software and application developer.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification in an ICT-related field.
At least 5 years of experience with Java and related technologies, including Spring, Spring Boot, Java EE/Jakarta EE, Hibernate, or JPA.
Experience with web applications, multi-tier architectures, distributed systems, RESTful and SOAP services, APIs, messaging platforms, and interoperability frameworks.
Experience with Agile delivery, modelling or development tools, deployment, configuration, CI/CD pipelines, container platforms, testing, code reviews, and secure software engineering.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing skills in international and multicultural environments.
