What you will do
- Support strategic development in direct collaboration with the CEO and leadership.
- Manage OKR cycles and track company-wide KPIs.
- Drive cross-functional projects across revenue, product, and operations.
- Prepare executive presentations, board materials, and leadership updates.
- Facilitate management meetings, offsites, and decision-making processes.
- Document and improve internal operational workflows.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
- Currently studying or a recent graduate with experience in high-performance environments (tech, consulting, or investment).
- Exceptional speed in ramping up on new and complex topics.
- Ability to produce high-quality, data-driven outputs in ambiguous settings.
- Strong ownership mindset and low-ego collaborative approach.
- Must be able to work from the Berlin office as part of a hybrid policy.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS or marketplace environments.
- Previous exposure to strategy, operations, or advanced analytics.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
