What you will do

• Oversee the daily transaction process for all treasury products, including confirmations and settlements.
• Manage the trade lifecycle for derivatives, FX, and repo deals, following up on unsettled trades.
• Maintain and update static data within the Treasury Management System (TMS) to ensure accuracy.
• Generate and analyze reports on cash positions, transaction volumes, and reconciliation metrics.
• Strengthen internal controls to protect financial data and improve balance sheet substantiation processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to automate settlement workflows and leverage SQL for process efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in treasury back-office operations within a banking environment.
• Strong understanding of key internal financial controls and the regulatory landscape.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data for diverse stakeholders.
• Must be legally authorized to work and currently based in the UK.
