What you will do

• Investigate high-volume alerts across application and account activity queues.
• Work with senior investigators to identify and understand fraud typologies like identity theft and APP scams.
• Prioritize and manage workload to meet operational response timeframes (SLAs).
• Communicate with customers to verify activities and support potential victims.
• Identify recurring fraud patterns and report findings to the wider team.
• Participate in the on-call rota and engage in skills development through training.

Requirements

• Adaptability to pivot between different ticket types in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex situations in writing and over the phone.
• Tech-savviness with an ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

• Ability to work in the Cardiff office as required.
