What you will do

• Lead the FP&A function through regular budgeting cycles, defining processes and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Produce high quality financial analysis & business partnering to provide insight to decision makers.
• Establish a strong financial framework for assessing strategic investments, including M&A opportunities.
• Build FP&A capability and contribute to the development of individuals within the wider Finance team.

Requirements

• Excellent numerical reasoning & quantitative skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to create clear and compelling presentation materials.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of commercial models & unit economics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and navigating cross-functional collaboration.
