What you will do

  • Own the day-to-day operational engine across hirify.global’s back-office.
  • Accountable for outcomes across CASS reconciliations, client money and assets, payments, trading lifecycle, settlement, and corporate actions.
  • Act as the escalation point for operational incidents, breaches, and near-misses.
  • Lead process design and re-engineering, reducing manual work and operational risk.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data to improve straight-through processing and embed operational change.
  • Lead, develop, and retain high-performing operational teams.

Requirements

  • Senior operational leadership experience in a fintech or digital investment platform.
  • Direct hands-on exposure to CASS and client money / asset controls.
  • Strong working knowledge of payments, trading, settlement, and corporate actions.
  • Proven ability to design and improve operational processes in a proprietary tech environment.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing operational teams.
  • Solid understanding of FCA expectations.
