What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end analytical solutions that inform insurance partner strategies and pricing decisions.
- Identify commercial opportunities within datasets to drive growth for hirify.global and partners.
- Build and refine data products and models specifically for external insurance partners.
- Serve as the expert on insurance pricing and embed best practices across internal projects.
- Support product and engineering teams with the development of analytical-oriented data products.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their implications for insurer capabilities and pricing strategies.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in data analytics within insurance or financial services, with a record of commercial impact.
- Advanced technical skills in SQL and Python for advanced analytics.
- Deep expertise in insurance pricing methodologies and risk-based pricing principles.
- Thorough understanding of insurance pricing, underwriting, and market practices.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and delivering high-priority outputs that drive commercial outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience within a motor pricing team or specific experience pricing motor insurance policies.
- Experience in a client-facing consulting role.
