What you will do

• Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing queries and resolving complaints professionally.
• Ensure clients derive full value from services by aligning delivery with their business objectives.
• Proactively identify and address potential challenges before they escalate.
• Develop uplift opportunities within the existing customer base to support retention and growth.
• Maintain consistent engagement through regular touchpoints and care calls.
