What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end sales process for ice cream upgrades, including stakeholder alignment and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and communicate customized technical solutions.
• Create accurate quotations and manage customer expectations throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide ongoing technical expertise and guidance to market operations teams.
• Participate in site visits to validate product performance and identify new upgrade opportunities within the industry.
• Support the Upgrades Product Manager in developing sales materials, internal training, and customer presentations.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in English is a must.
• Proven ability to combine technical knowledge with commercial understanding.
• Experience working with technically complex solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Must be able to travel 20-50 days per year.
• Knowledge of Danish is considered a strong advantage.
