What you will do

  • Lead and execute complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement to close.
  • Proactively generate qualified pipeline through targeted new logo acquisition and expansion within assigned accounts.
  • Build and implement strategic account plans, identifying key stakeholders and value-driven use cases.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and channel teams to accelerate opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Engage C-level stakeholders across IT, QA, and Business Operations to articulate product value.
  • Maintain high-standard pipeline accuracy and forecast reliability within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales (SaaS), specifically with complex multi-stakeholder deals over $100K+ ACV.
  • Strong experience in generating and closing new enterprise logos and driving expansion.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations with strong business acumen.
  • Proven ability to leverage partner and channel sales models.
  • Demonstrated history of high performance and financial ambition in high-tech sales.
