What you will do

• Serve as the primary host for webinar programs, managing audience engagement and facilitating discussions.
• Build and maintain high-velocity content production pipelines using advanced AI workflows.
• Own the end-to-end webinar strategy, aligning the annual program roadmap with marketing and product priorities.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging virtual event technologies and automation platforms.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize webinar performance and contribution to the sales pipeline.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Regional Marketing teams for seamless lead handoffs and consistent messaging.

Requirements

• Native AI Fluency: You have a demonstrated, hands-on mastery of AI tools.
• You are highly comfortable on-camera and have a natural talent for engaging live audiences across different cultures and technical backgrounds.
• Minimum 5 years in digital events, or marketing automation role with proven results in lead generation with min 3 years in webinar management.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize webinar performance.
• Language: Native-level fluency in English and German is mandatory.
• Expertise in HubSpot, GoToWebinar, Webinaris, Cvent, or equivalent. Experience with automation platforms like n8n or Zapier is a strong advantage.
