What you will do

  • Establish trust-based relationships with clients to drive results and advocacy.
  • Define, plan, and execute regional and industry-specific client events and activities.
  • Manage local budgets and annual roadmaps to align with customer engagement objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Develop a network of client ambassadors for reviews, feedback, and speaking opportunities.
  • Support clients in maximizing platform usage and creating sales pipeline opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant customer-facing or management role.
  • Fluent professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly master tools like Salesforce, Monday, and Marketo.
  • Willingness to travel quarterly for regional roadshows or trade shows.
  • Strategic networking skills with experience in the SaaS or digital sector preferred.
