What you will do
- Establish trust-based relationships with clients to drive results and advocacy.
- Define, plan, and execute regional and industry-specific client events and activities.
- Manage local budgets and annual roadmaps to align with customer engagement objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Develop a network of client ambassadors for reviews, feedback, and speaking opportunities.
- Support clients in maximizing platform usage and creating sales pipeline opportunities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a relevant customer-facing or management role.
- Fluent professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly master tools like Salesforce, Monday, and Marketo.
- Willingness to travel quarterly for regional roadshows or trade shows.
- Strategic networking skills with experience in the SaaS or digital sector preferred.
