• Bhirify.globalce core support responsibilities (80%) with innovative care projects (20%).
• Identify, design, and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate across teams to contribute to product innovations and member empowerment strategies.
• Inspire and guide fellow team members while building a high-performing support environment.

• Full working proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken) is required.
