What you will do
- Define and execute the EMEA strategy for the Success Advisory function.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of experts delivering high-impact technical and change management guidance.
- Oversee the design and delivery of Success Plans for enterprise clients.
- Establish operational frameworks and track KPIs to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, R&D, and GTM teams to influence the roadmap and drive upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within the Enterprise SaaS industry.
- 2+ years of experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong operational and technical foundation including EPM, Solution Architecture, SQL, and API knowledge.
- Strategic mindset capable of navigating a fast-paced and ambiguous startup environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with a data-driven approach to strategy and performance optimization.
