What you will do

• Schedule training sessions and coordinate invitations for sponsors, site staff, and internal teams.
• Manage registration lists and maintain comprehensive training records.
• Collect and prepare training materials, including software builds and presentation decks.
• Act as a virtual training room monitor, providing technical support and triaging participant questions.
• Process training surveys and update essential documentation like attendance lists and KTRs.
• Handle and resolve training-related tickets via the customer care learning management system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, education, business, or equivalent experience in the clinical trial industry.
• Must be based in Hungary.
• 1–2 years of experience in corporate training, help desk, or call center environments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High technical aptitude for learning new software and tools.
