What you will do
- Deliver engaging online and in-person training sessions to school staff.
- Design and implement tailored consulting services for schools and partners.
- Articulate product functionality and best practices to maximize customer value.
- Manage key service processes, including new school year setups and system assessments.
- Maintain and update training materials to reflect product developments and regulatory changes.
- Travel to national client sites and offices as required.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK with a valid driving license.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
- Relevant background experience in the education sector.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a positive, problem-solving mindset.
- Previous experience with MIS or educational software is a plus.
