What you will do

• Act as the vital link between technical Business Analysts and end-users, ensuring complex systems are accessible and intuitive.
• Create and maintain a robust library of manuals, help guides, and web documentation that directly enhances the user experience.
• Facilitate the smooth rollout of new information systems by designing and delivering high-impact training sessions.
• Work within a diverse, international environment, contributing to multi-lingual projects and team-driven goals.
• Leverage modern collaborative tools, wikis, and web technologies to keep documentation dynamic, searchable, and relevant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree (minimum EQF Level 6) and minimum 8-10 years' of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to provide high-level support and guidance for complex information systems.
• Proficiency in managing content via wikis, social networks, and collaborative digital spaces.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and similar tools to create professional, engaging visual materials.
• Comprehensive, expert-level command of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to contribute effectively to multi-lingual meetings.
