TL;DR

Customer Support Enablement Partner (AI): Developing and evolving scalable enablement programs to accelerate team performance and drive AI adoption within the customer support organization with an accent on technical education strategy and performance systems design. Focus on building AI-first training curricula, optimizing onboarding workflows, and using data-driven insights to improve support quality and resolution efficiency.

Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland). Expected in office at least three days per week.

What you will do

  • Build and evolve scalable onboarding and continuous learning experiences to accelerate time to productivity.
  • Develop a comprehensive technical education strategy and curriculum for Technical Support Engineers.
  • Embed AI-first best practices into operational workflows and team training modules.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, labs, and how-to guides to support product evolution.
  • Collaborate with product and program management teams to drive successful New Product Introduction (NPI) enablement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and feedback to identify skill gaps and iterate on enablement programs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Support, Enablement, L&D, or Technical Training.
  • Proven ability to design and build end-to-end enablement programs across the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of customer support operations and performance management metrics.
  • Experience integrating AI or automation into operational workflows or training programs.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical fluency in hirify.global as a product, including the AI agent Fin.
